Predicting Pre-Law

Conference attendees were able to reserve a room at the block rate of $207 (plus taxes and fees) per night. This rate could be applied two nights prior to the conference dates and for several nights after the conference ends if you are interested in extending your stay in NOLA (June 8 through 18). 

We encourage all conference-goers to stay with us at the InterContinental New Orleans!

• CONVENIENCE: most days we will be at the hotel so if you forget something, your room is only steps away!  Or if you don’t want to bring a lot of stuff with you at one time, your room is only steps away!

• LOCATION: the hotel is located on the historic St. Charles Streetcar line only three blocks from the French Quarter - all of the convenience with none of the chaos!

• CONFERENCE PRICING: the hotel is honoring the original 2020 rate - we’ve beaten inflation!

As part of a process that began way back in 2018, PLANC has a contractual obligation with the IC New Orleans to pick up a specified number of sleeping rooms.  We have made every effort to secure the best possible room rate - this contracted rate is part of a negotiated overall package that incorporates meeting rooms, food & beverage, A/V, and other services associated with facilitating this conference.  If attendees choose to make reservations at a different hotel, PLANC may fall short of our financial obligation and will be responsible for paying lost income (attrition) to the hotel.  This ultimately could mean higher room and registration fees in the future.  We appreciate your consideration of this when making your hotel decision!
