WARNING - UNAUTHORIZED HOUSING COMPANIES
It has been brought to our attention that third-party companies Exhibition Housing Management and Exhibitors Hub have been calling and emailing law schools and offering lower rates. These are not affiliated with PLANC or the InterContinental New Orleans and are not authorized to sell rooms or provide discounts. Their questionable tactics and error-filled messages suggest they may be a phishing or bait-and-switch scam - do not use them!
Conference attendees can reserve a room at the block rate of $207 (plus taxes and fees) per night. This rate can be applied two nights prior to the conference dates and for several nights after the conference ends if you are interested in extending your stay in NOLA (June 8 through 18).

CONFERENCE PRICING: the hotel is honoring the original 2020 rate - we’ve beaten inflation!
As part of a process that began way back in 2018, PLANC has a contractual obligation with the IC New Orleans to pick up a specified number of sleeping rooms. We have made every effort to secure the best possible room rate - this contracted rate is part of a negotiated overall package that incorporates meeting rooms, food & beverage, A/V, and other services associated with facilitating this conference. If attendees choose to make reservations at a different hotel, PLANC may fall short of our financial obligation and will be responsible for paying lost income (attrition) to the hotel. This ultimately could mean higher room and registration fees in the future. We appreciate your consideration of this when making your hotel decision!
