The "Letter of Introduction" is for a Dean/Chair/Department head and explains the conference purpose and goals.

The Conference "One-Liner Schedule" is a quick rundown of conference events, often required for trip approval.  It also lists which meals are included and which are not which may be useful when claiming per diem as part of a travel request/spend authorization.
