OFF-SITE EXHIBITOR SPONSORSHIPS
Off-Site Exhibitor Sponsorships (exhibitors only) offer opportunities for companies which are not attending the PLANC Conference to have a presence from afar. These sponsorships include a digital presence as well as inclusion in conference recognition of all sponsors, links to the company's website, and more.

PLEASE NOTE the Off-Site Exhibitor Sponsorships do NOT include a conference registration or physical presence at the conference (materials cannot be displayed in abstentia). SPONSORSHIP NOTES

All law school sponsorships include at least one conference registration which is at the “First Law School Representative” level and includes participation in the Law School Fair for any/all registered attendees from your school.

All conference attendees, including law schools sponsors and "On Site" exhibitor sponsors, are required to register for the conference (registration opens January 8). Sponsors receiving 1 or 2 complimentary registrations as part of their sponsorship will be provided with a code to use when registering.

Schools may not combine to share a sponsorship – i.e. schools A, B, and C cannot each pay $2500 to share the combined benefits of the $7500 Gold level package.

Schools may request to be partnered with another institution for a shared event – i.e. schools A, B, C, and D can each pay $2500 for a Purple level snack break and ask to be the four schools for that event.

As PLANC's conference mobile application is finalized, sponsorship details will be updated with mobile app ad opportunities that align with the sponsorship packages.

Sponsors are responsible for providing PLANC with a school/company logo and any other materials necessary for their particular sponsorship (digital ad, slides, physical items, etc.). Details on how to submit/ship materials will be provided separately.

“Plenary Meals” are Monday Lunch, Tuesday Lunch, Wednesday Breakfast, and Thursday Breakfast
